These malted milk blondies are delicious blondie brownies made with malted milk powder and other pantry staples. They're chewy, and are reminiscent of malted milk balls. They give the flavor of "cereal milk"—sweet, buttery, and downright addictive.

Malted milk powder is often used to mix into milkshakes to make them a malt. It transforms the flavor with a grain/cereal flavor. I wanted to step out and try a new way to use the powder, which is how malted milk blondies were created.
It's not my first time throwing malted milk into recipes though. I have these delicious malted milk cookies and these mini no bake malted milk cheesecakes that I've made in previous years.

Step 6: Allow the blondies to cool a bit, then slice and serve.
Tips and Tricks

Storing and Freezing
The brownies can be stored at room temperature in a sealed container for up to 4 days or extend their life and refrigerate them for up to a week.
You can freeze the brownies for up to 3 months if you want to freeze. Slice and wrap each blondie in 2 layers of plastic wrap and then place in a freezer bag or freezer-safe container. Then, you have an easy grab-and-go treat.
Recipe FAQs
Dark brown sugar can be used to replace light. This will give you a richer flavor, as the molasses and caramel-like flavor will stand out more.
Reach for your favorite gluten-free flour blend and swap out the all-purpose flour in a 1:1 ratio. They should bake for the same amount of time.
To create a chocolate malt blondie, add ¼ cup of cocoa powder to the batter. Just add the cocoa powder when you mix in the flour.
