Snickers Salad

is packed with fresh apples, cream cheese, pudding, Snickers, and CARAMEL!

Ingredients
4
ounces
cream cheese
room temperature
1/4
cup
powdered sugar
3.4
ounce
box instant vanilla pudding mix
1
cup
whole milk
divded
8
ounces
whipped topping
thawed
4 to 6
apples
cored and chopped
6
full-size Snickers bars
sliced
1/2
cup
caramel sauce
for garnish

Instructions
Add the
4 ounces cream cheese
and
1/4 cup powdered sugar
in a large mixing bowl. Beat with a hand mixer on medium until smooth and combined.
Add in the
3.4 ounce box instant vanilla pudding mix
and
1/2 cup of the milk
. Beat until combined.
Add in the remaining
1/2 cup milk
and mix in with the hand mixer until creamy.
Add in the thawed
8 ounces whipped topping
and beat until incorporated. The filling will become light and fluffy.
In a separate bowl, add in the chopped
4 to 6 apples
.
Add in the cream cheese mixture and sliced
6 full-size Snickers bars
. Stir to combine.
Serve up the Snickers Salad and drizzle with
1/2 cup caramel sauce
.
Notes
I set aside 5 to 7 slices of Snickers to add to the top of the Snickers Salad for garnish.
Storage
: Store covered in the fridge for up to 4 to 5 days.
