Line a 9 x 13 baking pan with parchment paper or foil and set aside.
In a saucepan, add in the 6 tablespoons unsalted butter. Melt over medium heat.
Once melted, add in the ¾ cup heavy whipping cream and 2 cups granulated sugarring it up to a boil and allow it to boil for 5 minutes while stirring frequently.
Add the 11 ounces white chocolate chips and 7 ounce jar marshmallow fluff in a large bowl.
Pour the melted butter and heavy cream into the bowl with the chocolate chips and marshmallow creme. Stir until the white chocolate chips are completely melted.
Pour half of the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread out evenly to the edges.
Pour the 1 tablespoon strawberry jello mix into the bowl with the remaining mixture and stir until combined.
Pour the strawberry layer on top of the white chocolate fudge layer and evenly spread to the edges.
Top with heart sprinkles.
Place in the fridge overnight to completely set the fudge. Cut and serve! Store in an airtight container
