This Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Dip is creamy, fluffy, and packed with peanut butter flavor in every bite. It tastes like edible peanut butter cookie dough and comes together in just minutes with simple ingredients.
In a large mixing bowl, add in the ½ cup unsalted butter and 8 ounces cream cheese. Beat with a hand mixer on medium speed until combined and smooth.
Add in the ¾ cup light brown sugar, ¼ cup powdered sugar, 1 cup creamy peanut butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and ¼ teaspoon salt. Beat until well combined. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl and beat again to thoroughly incorporate any remnants of ingredients.
Fold in the 1 cup Reese’s Pieces, if you’re using them, until evenly distributed.
Spoon into a serving bowl with chocolate graham crackers, Oreos, pretzels, etc.
Store covered in the refrigerator.
