This Crockpot Candy make the perfect peanut clusters! There are a variety of different chocolate tossed in the slow cooker and melted to perfection with some salted dry roasted peanuts mixed in.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
Cover the slow cooker with its lid.
Cook on low for 1 hour. Mixing well every 15-20 minutes.
The chocolate should be completely melted. If it’s not, cook for an additional 15 minutes.
Turn off the slow cooker and begin working quickly.
Using a 1 ½ tablespoons cookie scoop, scoop the chocolate candy mixture and place each scoop of candy on the prepared cookie sheet.
Continue scooping out the candy until there is no chocolate/peanut mixture left.
Allow the clusters to cool and set, for 2 to 3 hours or preferably overnight.

Storage: Store the crockpot candy at room temperature or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Freeze: Place the candy in a freezer-safe container or in freezer bags and store in the freezer for up to a year. Thaw: Thaw in the fridge overnight or at room temperature.
