Place a large piece of parchment paper or wax paper on a clean surface.
Place the milk chocolate chips in medium microwave-safe container. Microwave in 30-second intervals and stir after interval until completely melted. It will take about 3 30-second intervals.
Using 2 forks or a fork and a skewer, dip the Oreos in the melted chocolate, remove with the fork and gently top off the excess chocolate. Using the second fork or the skewer, push the Oreo off the fork and onto the parchment paper.
Let the chocolate set up before transferring to an airtight container for storage.
Once the chocolate covered Oreos appear dull and the chocolate has set, place in a storage bag or an airtight container for up to 7 days at room temperature.
