Who loves canning recipes? As an avid gardener, I find sometimes it's best to can the vegetables or fruit instead of freezing it. I've included a tangy spaghetti sauce recipe for canning, sweet and spicy pickles for canning, and a tomato paste for canning for the vegetables and concord grape pie filling and concord grape jam recipe for the fruit.
