Green Jello Parfaits
These
green jello parfaits
are the perfect dessert for St. Patrick's Day and so easy to make too! They are made with any green jello and pistachio pudding. It's topped with whipped cream and gold sugar.

Ingredients
3
ounce
green jello mix
any flavor
1
cup
boiling water
1
cup
cold water
3.9
ounce
instant pistachio pudding mix
3
cups
whole milk
1
cup
heavy whipping cream
2
tablespoons
powdered sugar
gold sanding sugar
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add the
3 ounce green jello mix
and
1 cup boiling water
. Stir to dissolve.
Add the
1 cup cold water
and stir.
Divide the jello among 6 serving cups.
Use a loaf pan or muffin pan to hold the parfaits tilted sideways.
Place in the fridge and set for 2 hours or until the jello has solidified.
In a mixing bowl, add the
3.9 ounce instant pistachio pudding mix
and
3 cups whole milk
. Whisk until it begins to thicken.
Divide the pudding among the cups and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Place the
1 cup heavy whipping cream
and
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
in a large mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, beat until stiff peaks form.
Add the whipped cream into a piping bag fitted with a 1M tip. Pipe swirls on top of the parfaits.
Sprinkle the
gold sanding sugar
on top.

Storage
: Store covered or in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
