These Christmas Magic Cookie Bars have layers of graham crackers, semi-sweet chocolate, Christmas M&M's, coconut flakes, and white chocolate! A dessert that bakes up into a sweet holiday confection.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9x9 square baking dish with parchment paper. Use large binder clips to keep the parchment paper overhang from falling on top of the bars.
In a medium bowl, add 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs and ½ cup butter. Stir well until the graham cracker crumbs are all coated in butter and look like wet sand.

Pour the graham cracker crust mixture into the prepared baking dish and firmly and evenly press into the bottom of the pan.
Drizzle 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk on top of the graham cracker crust to try to coat all of the crust.

Sprinkle 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips over the sweetened condensed milk.

Top with 1 ⅓ cups sweetened flaked coconut. Make sure to evenly distribute the coconut on the top.

Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes until lightly browned.
Once the bars out of the oven, immediately top with ½ cup red and green M&M's and ½ cup white chocolate chips.

Cool completely before cutting.
Cut into 16 squares and serve.

Storage: Store covered with plastic wrap or in an airtight container for up to 4 days at room temperature.Freezing: Place the completely cooled bars in a freezer-safe container or freezer bag and store in the freezer for up to 3 months. Thaw at room tempatuer.
