In a microwave-safe bowl or plate, add the 3 cups dry brownie mix. Microwave in 30-second intervals and whisk after each interval to avoid clumping. Continue to microwave and whisk until the dry mix reaches 160 - 165 degrees F. Let cool completely.
In a large bowl, add 1 cup heavy whipping cream and beat until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
In a separate large bowl, add in the 3 cups dry brownie mix and 8 ounces cream cheese. Beat on medium for about 1 - 2 minutes. It may not come together yet.
Add in 1/4 cup chocolate syrup and beat on medium until the batter comes together into a ball.
Add the whipped cream into the bowl with the stiff brownie batter. Beat until the brownie batter and whipped cream are incorporated and light in color. It should be pretty fluffy and creamy.
Fold in the bits of 2 snack brownies now if you choose to add them.
Scoop the dip into a serving dish. Top with sprinkles and serve with pretzels, cookies, or graham crackers!
