Caramel Sauce

There are so many uses for caramel sauce that you absolutely must learn how to make it- then you can have it anytime

Ingredients –Sugar – Unsalted Butter – Heavy cream

How to Make Caramel Sauce

Cook white sugar until caramelized

Step 1

Remove the cooked white sugar from the heat immediately after it reaches  the correct color for your caramel sauce as it can burn quickly!

Step 2

Immediately after removing the saucepan from the heat, add in the butter and stir until melted and combined.

Then slowly add in the heavy cream and whisk until the caramel comes together.
