Candy Apples

They have a fresh, juicy apple center with a crunchy candy coating outside!

Ingredients – Granny Smith Apples –  granulated sugar –  water –  light corn syrup –  red gel food color  –  cinnamon oil for candy

How to Make Candy Apples

Soak apples to remove waxy outside

Step 1

Place sticks in center of apples and place on parchment paper

Step 2

In a large saucepan, bring your sugar, water, and corn syrup up to a boil

Step 3

Step 4

Dip each apple and place on parchment paper. Serve once they are fully set.
