Green Jello Parfaits
These green jello parfaits are the perfect dessert for St. Patrick's Day and so easy to make too! They are made with any green jello and pistachio pudding. It's topped with whipped cream and gold sugar.

Ingredients

(3 oz) box green jello
any flavor
1
cup
boiling water
1
cup
cold water
1
(3.9 oz) box pistachio pudding
3
cups
milk
1
cup
heavy cream
2
T.
powdered sugar
Gold sanding sugar
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add the jello powder and boiling water. Stir to dissolve.
Add the cold water and stir.
Divide the jello among 6 serving cups.
Use a loaf pan or muffin pan to hold the parfaits tilted sideways.
Place in the fridge and set for 2 hours or until the jello has solidified.
In a mixing bowl, add the pudding mix and milk. Whisk until it begins to thicken.
Divide the pudding among the cups and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Place the heavy cream and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, beat until stiff peaks form.
Add the whipped cream into a piping bag fitted with a 1M tip. Pipe swirls on top of the parfaits.
Sprinkle the gold sanding sugar on top.
