How To Make Triple Chocolate Zucchini Bundt Cake

INGREDIENTS

– Salted butter  – Vegetable oil – Granulated sugar – Light brown sugar – Large eggs – Vanilla extract Swipe up for full list of ingredients

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 10 inch Bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray. Dust the Bundt pan with cocoa powder.

In a large mixing bowl, add butter and vegetable oil. Add in granulated and brown sugar. Mix until incorporated.

Add in vanilla and eggs one at a time. Mix on medium and scrape down the sides of the bowl after each egg.

In a separate bowl, sift ⅓ cup of cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and flour.
