This Hungarian nut roll is homemade dough that is filled with walnuts and apple filling, rolled up, baked, and drizzled with a sweet glaze.

How To Make Nut Roll

INGREDIENTS

– yeast – milk – granulated sugar – salt – butter – all-purpose flour Swipe up for full list of ingredients

Step 1

In the bowl of a stand mixer, pour the milk and sprinkle the yeast on top. Let it proof until foamy.

Add the sugar, salt, and butter to the mixing bowl. Turn on the stand mixer that's been fitted with a dough hook and beat until combined.

Add 3 cups of flour and mix until smooth. Slowly add the remaining flour, until the flour is completely combined.
