Mixed Berry Pie

Mixed berry pie is the best fruit pie to make when you have an abundance and variety of fresh berries. This mixed berry pie recipe uses fresh blueberries, blackberries and raspberries.

How To Make Mixed Berry Pie 


– Pie crusts – Raspberries fresh or frozen(thawed) – Blackberries fresh or frozen(thawed) – Lemon juice – Cornstarch Swipe up for full list of ingredients

Step 1

Place the berries in a large bowl. If you thawed your berries, give them a little pat with a paper towel. Add in the lemon juice.

In a small bowl, add in the sugar and cornstarch. Stir until combined. Pour into the bowl of fruit and carefully stir to coat.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly flour a clean counter top. Roll out into a circle.

You'll want it to be about 12 inches. You can eyeball your pie plate and the circle to see if you're close.
