Gingerbread Cupcakes

These gingerbread cupcakes with white chocolate frosting are spiced up with loads of ginger and cinnamon. They're sprinkled with cinnamon, and topped with a cute gingerbread decoration.

– Unsalted Butter – Vegetable Oil – Light Brown Sugar – Granulated Sugar – Molasses – Eggs – Vanilla Extract – Ground Ginger – Cake Flour Swipe up for full list of ingredients

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, add in butter, vegetable oil, and sugars. Mix on medium until light and fluffy.

Add in the molasses and mix until combined. Then, add in the vanilla and the eggs one at a time.

In a separate bowl, sift the ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, baking soda, baking powder, and cake flour.

Step 4

Add a third of the flour and mix on low until combined. Then add half of the milk into the batter and mix until combined.
