How To Make St. Patrick's Day Cookies


– box white cake mix – vegetable oil – eggs – Kelly green gel food coloring – granulated sugar –  powdered sugar

Step 1

Start by adding your cake mix and the eggs and oil in a bowl and mix it  up. Once your batter is mixed well, stir in the green food coloring.

Now toss your dough in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. The dough  needs to chill in the fridge or it will not hold the shape as it bakes.

Once your dough has set, then grab a cookie scoop and roll into balls.  Roll into sugar and powdered sugar and place on a baking sheet and cook  accordingly!

How to Store St. Patrick's Day Cookies

These cookies can be stored at room temperature. I find that placing  them in an airtight container or sealable bag works great. Just make  sure the cookies are fully cooled or else condensation will build and  make the cookies go bad.
