Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Grease an 8x8-inch square pan with nonstick baking spray. Place parchment paper in the pan.

In a medium saucepan, add butter and stout beer. Place over medium heat until the butter is melted.

Pour the hot mixture into a medium mixing bowl. Add the cocoa powder to the melted butter/beer mixture and whisk thoroughly.

In a small bowl, add eggs and sour cream. Whisk until the eggs are well mixed and the sour cream is blended.
