How To Make Carrot Cake with Caramel Frosting

INGREDIENTS

– Vegetable oil – Sugar – Nutmeg – Eggs – Vanilla – All-purpose flour – Baking soda – Baking powder – Salt – Grated carrots Swipe up for full list of ingredients

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, mix granulated and brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Add in the oil. Canola oil would also work. Mix on medium until combined.

In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
