Apple Pie Cheesecake Parfaits

This Caramel Apple Pie Parfait is packed in a cup with warm cinnamon cheesecake filling and served with a swirl of whipped cream and dash of cinnamon. 

You'll want to make these parfaits just before you're ready to serve them. That way the caramel apple pie filling doesn't get separated.

How To Make Apple Pie Cheesecake Parfaits


– Apples  – Butter – Ground Cinnamon – Brown Sugar – Granulated Sugar – Fresh Lemon Juice – Caramel Sauce – Heavy Cream  – Cream Cheese  – Ground Cinnamon – Brown Sugar – Vanilla Extract Swipe up for full list of ingredients

Step 1

 In a medium saucepan, add in the cut up apples, butter, cinnamon, brown and granulated sugars and lemon juice. Stir to combine.

Place over medium heat and let cook for 10 - 12 minutes until the apples are tender. It will depend on how large you cut your apples.

Remove from heat and let cool for 15 minutes. Stir in ¼ cup of caramel sauce. I used my salted caramel sauce recipe and left out the salt.
