Instructions
Add 1 cup of water in your instant pot and place your trivet/wire rack in the center of the pot.
Spray the 7-inch bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a microwave-safe bowl, add in the ¼ cup butter and microwave until melted.
Add the brown sugar to the butter and stir to combine.
Spread the mixture in the bottom of the prepared bundt pan.
In a shallow bowl, add in the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. I like to stack them 3 to 4 high and cut them into quarters.
Roll the pieces of biscuit into the cinnamon and sugar until coated. Evenly distribute the biscuits on top of the brown sugar mixture.
Pour the 2 tablespoons of melted butter on the top of the biscuits.
Cover the bundt pan with tin foil.
Place the bundt pan into the prepared instant pot.
Lock the lid of the instant pot and turn the pressure release valve to the sealed position. Set to high pressure for 25 minutes.
Once the instant pot beeps, release pressure naturally for about 12 minutes.
Turn the monkey bread out onto a rimmed serving plate.
