Concord Grape Sorbet

Ingredients

cups
concord grapes
washed and removed from vine
½
cup
water

cup
granulated sugar
Instructions
Place the grapes, water, and sugar in a medium saucepan. Turn heat on medium and heat for 12-15 minutes.
Strain the mixture with a fine mesh strainer to rid it of seeds and skins.
Place the mixture into the fridge until completely cooled or overnight.
Place in the ice cream maker once completely cooled for the recommended time for your ice cream maker. Mine recommends no longer than 20 minutes.
Place in a freezer safe container and freeze for 2 hours or until very firm. Scoop and serve!
Notes
*To measure the grapes, I removed them from the vine and placed them in a measuring cup.
