½cupAlmond Breeze Almondmilk Hint of Honey Vanilla
½cupunsalted butter1 stick, cubed
½cupalmond butter
2 ¾cupquick cooking oats
1teaspoonvanilla
Instructions
Measure out the quick cooking oats, vanilla and almond butter.
Lay down wax paper on the counter
In a large saucepan, add granulated sugar and cocoa powder. Mix to combine.
Add in butter and almond milk
Turn on medium to high heat and let the butter melt. Stir often.
Stir the ingredients until it comes to a boil. When it comes to a rolling boil in the center of the pan, time it for two minutes.
Remove saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla, almond butter and quick cooking oats. Stir until everything is incorporated
Spoon the mixture onto the wax paper with two spoons and let cool completely.
