Wasabi and Soy Sauce Trail mix is made with a combination of ramen and chow mein noodles, pretzels, wababi peas and almonds tossed in a sweet soy sauce!
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
On the parchment paper, add the crushed ramen noodles, uncooked chow mein noodles and pretzels. Toss with hands to combine.
In a small dish, add in the soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder and onion powder. Whisk together and pour over the noodles and pretzels Turn the noodles and pretzels until they are all coated with the soy sauce mixture.
Place into the oven 38 minutes. Stir the mixture every 15 minutes. When the mixture comes out of the oven, it will be kind of soft. Let it cool to harden down.
Add in the wasabi peas and almonds. Toss to combine. Place in a bowl and serve.
Notes
To store any leftover trail mix, place in an air tight container or ziploc bag at room temperature for up to 3 days.
