Garlic Butter Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

garlic clove
finely minced
½
cup
salted butter
parsley
for garnish
Instructions
In a saucepan, add in the finely minced garlic and stick of butter. Turn the heat on medium and let the butter melt. Don't stir the butter.
As the butter melts, the top layer will foam. Using a spoon, remove the foamy top layer.
Pour the butter into a dipping dish. Leave the milk solids in the bottom of the pan along with the bits of garlic.
Cut up a leaf or two of fresh parsley. Sprinkle on top of the dipping sauce.
Serve up with bread.
