3medium bananaspeel removed, cut into thirds, and frozen
2 1/2cupsstrawberrieshulled and frozen
1/2cupAlmond Breeze Original Almondmilk
1 - 2T.honey
In a food processor, add in the banana chunks, strawberries, almondmilk, and honey. Turn on high and let it run until the mixture resembles ice cream. Stop it occasionally to stir it and mix it around with a spatula.
Once the ice cream is completely creamy, place into a freezer-safe bowl and place into the freezer for 2 - 3 hours until firm. Mine sat for about 1 hour and was able to hold shape, but was incredibly soft.
