½cupcaramel sweetened condensed milk(dulce de leche)
2T.coffee liqueur
Instructions
In a large bowl or 4 cup measuring cup with spout, add in the iced coffee, caramel sweetened condensed milk, and liqueur.
Whisk until incorporated.
Pour the mixture into the ice pop mold.
Cover with the lid. Run water on the wooden popsicle sticks and stick them into the mold. This will help the popsicle sticks stay firmly planted into the coffee mixture.
Let freeze overnight or until firm.
Run warm water onto the bottom of the popsicle mold for about 30 seconds. Remove the popsicles from the mold.
Place the popsicles into a freezer bag or freezer-safe container and store in the freezer.
