Snickers Salad
This Snickers Salad is packed with fresh apples, cream cheese, pudding, Snickers, and CARAMEL!

Ingredients

ounces
cream cheese
room temperature
¼
cup
powdered sugar
3.4
ounce
box instant vanilla pudding
1
cup
milk
8
ounces
cool whip
thawed

apples
cored and chopped

full-size Snickers bars
sliced

cup
caramel sauce
for garnish
Instructions
Add the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat with a hand mixer on medium until smooth and combined.
Add in the vanilla pudding mix and half of the milk. Beat until combined.
Add in the remaining milk and mix in with the hand mixer until creamy.
Add in the cool whip and beat until incorporated. The filling will become light and fluffy.
In a separate bowl, add in the chopped apples.
Add in the cream cheese mixture and sliced Snickers. Stir to combine.
Serve up the Snickers Salad and drizzle with caramel sauce.
Notes
I set aside 5 to 7 slices of Snickers to add to the top of the Snickers Salad for garnish.
