  • 1/4 cup salted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 3 regular canned biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter melted

  • Add 1 cup of water in your instant pot and place your trivet/wire rack in the center of the pot.
  • Spray the 7-inch bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, add in the 1/4 cup butter and microwave until melted.
  • Add the brown sugar to the butter and stir to combine.
  • Spread the mixture in the bottom of the prepared bundt pan.
  • In a shallow bowl, add in the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
  • Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. I like to stack them 3 to 4 high and cut them into quarters.
  • Roll the pieces of biscuit into the cinnamon and sugar until coated. Evenly distribute the biscuits on top of the brown sugar mixture.
  • Pour the 2 tablespoons of melted butter on the top of the biscuits.
  • Cover the bundt pan with plastic wrap or tin foil.
  • Place the bundt pan into the prepared instant pot.
  • Lock the lid of the instant pot and turn the pressure release valve to the sealed position. Set to high pressure for 25 minutes.
  • Once the instant pot beeps, release pressure naturally for about 12 minutes.
  • Turn the monkey bread out onto a rimmed serving plate.
