Chipped Beef Dip
This chipped beef dip with peperoncini is tangy and salty. There are bits of sliced green onions for crunch, color, and a mild onion flavor. The peperoncini adds a pickled, tangy flavor to brighten up the dip and the dried beef adds a salty, meaty flavor.

- 8 oz. cream cheese room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2.5 oz. container dried beef finely chopped*
- 2 T. (5 whole peppers) Mezzetta Peperoncini finely chopped
- 1 T. (3 stalks) green onions finely sliced
In a large bowl, cream the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth with a hand mixer.
Stir in the dried beef, chopped peperoncini, and sliced green onions until thoroughly combined.
Place in a serving dish and dress with some bagel chips or fresh veggie sticks.
*The dried beef can be salty. If you want to cut the salt, rinse off the dried beef before chopping it. I didn't do this.
