  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 18 thin mint cookies divided


  • In a blender, add in the vanilla ice cream, milk, and 16 of the cookies. Turn the blender on to milkshake and let it mix until everything looks thoroughly blended. It took mine about 2 minutes.
  • The milk shake will have a nice brown tint to it and will be thick and minty.
  • Pour into two 6-8 oz. cups and garnish with a whole thin mint cookie.
