Turn the blender on high and begin to blend. If things stop moving, stop blender and use a spoon to stir. Repeat blending until the smoothie is smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and serve!
Notes
The kind of juice is optional. I happened to have pineapple on hand so that's what I used. If you want to use sugar instead of no-calorie sweetener, go ahead. You may need to add more or less for your desired sweetness.
