INGREDIENTS

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For the cupcake batter, first add milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk together.

Mix the dry ingredients separately and then combine with the wet ingredients. Add two tablespoons of batter to each cupcake liner.

In a small bowl, add the brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir to combine. Sprinkle a teaspoon of the cinnamon swirl mixture on top of the cake batter.
