After taking February off, we’re back in business with the March Baking Challenge. Who’s ready for a fun baking challenge where you get to bake along with a group of us and also get entered to win a gift card?! Check out the other monthly baking challenges as well.
Are you wondering why I’m posting the challenge so late? Let’s be honest. Because I’m literally never on time for anything. I had family coming to visit, my dog is still recovering from a knee surgery, and I’m just a busy, busy lady.
Anyway, the January Baking Challenge had 2 entries for the Red Velvet Cake recipe that I’m dying to show you.
Previous March Baking Challenge
Were you baking with us last March for the monthly baking challenges? If so, you probably remember the Cream Cheese Carrot Cake Cake Pops that we made. If not, you have to make them! They would be perfect for Easter!
For this month’s recipe, I’m going to go with another carrot cake recipe since Easter is coming up. My Carrot Cake Bars were incredibly popular last year and so I think it’s safe to say that they’re delicious and need to be made again as a baking challenge.
January Challenge Winner
The winner of the January Baking Challenge is Shelley Worthington. I’ll be notifying her in the Cookie Dough and Oven Mitt VIP group just in case she doesn’t see it in the email.
You can view the previous baking challenges here.
