Concord Grape Sorbet

Earlier this week I shared how to make a canned concord grape pie filling and how to make a pie from the canned pie filling. Now, I'm sharing this delicious concord grape sorbet. We have a local place that sells 4 and 8 quart baskets of concord grapes and I have to go back a few times to buy more 8 quart baskets of them.

I've recently discovered that I really, really enjoy sorbets. I even enjoy it so much more than ice cream. This would be ridiculously good with a swirl of peanut butter in it.

One of my most favorite things about this sorbet is the color. It's so vibrant. It almost looks like beet juice. It's not, don't worry. That would be a horrible combination!
