This coffee and cookies milkshake only has two ingredients, but it’s so delicious! It’s like a thick and creamy iced coffee with bits of chocolate cookies in it. I don’t know about you, but I think coffee and cookies taste amazing together!
Here’s the deal. I love coffee in everything. I especially love it when it’s cold which is perfect for me because I’m pretty forgetful. By the time I remember I had a cup of coffee, it’s ice cold. Am I complaining? No way! That’s the best way to drink it!
I grabbed up a pint of Breyers delights Cookies and Cream ice cream. This ice cream has half the calories of regular Breyers ice cream and is still made with fresh cream. I just had to give it a try because it’s only February and I need to try to hang on to that resolution a little bit longer.
You can get this ice cream at one of my many favorite places. BJ’s! Have you ever been to one? It’s a wholesale store with all sorts of goodies. I love to buy my baking supplies there because I can get giant containers of things that may last me a month.
Also, they have giant bags of cheese. My heart was pounding just typing that. This girl loves some cheese.
My love for the store all started when I went there to buy a cart full of things to cater a graduation party. I had never catered anything, but my dearest friend who isn’t a cook or baker asked me to do it, so I did. We got enough stuff to feed an army including plates and cups. But the best part is, the daughters of my friend found giant pool donuts. Guess who floated in those? Yours truly and her friend. 😉
BJ’s has everything. Clothes, books, tv’s, jewelry, food, pet food, and the list goes on. My favorite part is the coupons. You get booklets in the mail full of coupons and if you go up to the service desk, they’ll give you additional coupons that you won’t get in the mail.
So this is a healthier milkshake. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still a milkshake. I guess what I’m saying is this can’t be your new diet plan.
