Awhile back I was searching for things that a baker would love for Christmas for my Gift Guide. In the process I found My Bakers Box subscription box that I immediately fell in love with. I even asked for it for Christmas, but I'll more than likely have to get it myself which is okay.
The ladies at My Bakers Box were nice enough to send me a box to review and one to giveaway to my readers. So if this sounds like something you need in your life, stick around for the giveaway at the bottom of the post!

The box came and it was carefully packed and stamped with fragile on it. The cardboard box is sturdy to help from it being banged up. As I opened the box, there were a couple cards greeting me along with some beautifully decorated tissue paper that matched the theme perfectly. Everything in this box is well thought out.
There was brown tissue paper that was in here to help prevent things from moving around, but I removed that for the pictures. Again, they seem to take great care in how they package the box up.
My December box included:
- Red and green fondant circles
- Stocking shaped sugar dec-ons
- Peppermint chips
- Peppermint oil
- Holiday pearl mix
- Christmas cookie cutters
- Red with white polka dots baking cups
- Cookie boxes
- Recipe for Peppermint Bark
These sugar dec-ons are adorable! They are beautiful, festive, and the perfect add-on to any Christmas dessert. They sort of remind me of vintage Christmas ornaments.
Next that was included was peppermint oil and chips. These were also favorites! I love LorAnn Oils and used this exact oil in my Peppermint Sugar Cookie Sandwiches and Layered Peppermint Brownies. It's strong and only takes a few drops. I added the peppermint chips to my sugar cookie sandwiches as well.
These holiday pearl mix will make a gorgeous addition to any cookies or cupcakes. They have the pearlescent coating which I LOVE! I had already used some which is why the corner of the bag is cut off. They aren't too hard and almost taste fruity. It's not an intense flavor, just sweet.
I got 16 baking cups and 5 tiny cookie cutters that I just love! The small the cutters the cuter they are! They are sturdy little cutters that will last a long time.
Lastly, it came with four cookie boxes. They are so adorable with little window shaped windows and snowman shaped windows. These are going to make perfect little boxes for the cookies I'll be giving to a couple of family members today.
If you're a lover of baking supplies like I am, this is the subscription box for you. It's a neat way to show off your baking skills too. I highly recommend trying this subscription box. Plus, it's always awesome when you get surprises in the mail.
